Sumanth Confident About Mahendragiri Varahi – Filmy Focus
Sumanth’s devotional action thriller Mahendragiri Varahi has completed its censor formalities and received a U/A certificate.
Directed by Santossh Jagarlapudi, the film is set for a worldwide release on September 11th. The teaser and trailer have received a positive response raising expectations.
Produced by Madhu and Laxman, it is the highest-budget film in Sumanth’s career. Sumanth plays a modern YouTuber who exposes superstitions. He said the film combines devotional themes with family emotions and commercial elements.
The story was locked three years ago before the recent trend of devotional films. Sumanth praised Siddu Jonnalagadda, Aishwarya Rajesh and Anup Rubens for their work.
He is confident that the interval, pre-climax and climax will deliver a thrilling theatrical experience.
