What it is
Particle effects are authored in the NeutrinoParticles Editor (a separate desktop app for Windows, macOS and Linux), exported as plain JavaScript, and this extension turns each export into a NeutrinoEffect_* component you drag onto a node. Requires Cocos Creator 3.8.0 or newer.
