Today, we released new downloadable content for Rune Factory: Guardians of Azuma<\/em> that pairs it with our fan-favorite STORY OF SEASONS <\/em>series. This free content introduces livestock from Grand Bazaar<\/em> into the world of Azuma, including the beloved cow, chicken, alpaca, and sheep, along with some new recipes for decorations and buildings.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Once you download it though, you may be wondering, \u201cHow do I get these wonderful animals into my village?\u201d We\u2019ve got you.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

To start, you\u2019ll have to at least have completed the \u201cGuardian\u2019s Grove Lumber Hunt\u201d quest. Once that\u2019s complete, you\u2019ll get a special request, \u201cA Strange Cow,\u201d on the Ema Request Board back in the village.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Once you accept this quest, the \u201cSTORY OF SEASONS<\/em> Bundle\u201d tutorial will begin. Complete this first request, and you\u2019ll be able to welcome the animals from Zephyr Town to your village and get some special rewards!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

You\u2019ll notice as you unlock more of the DLC content, there are two types of requests: one to welcome animals to your village, and one for recipes for buildings and decorations. How these unlock will depend on your progress through the story of Guardians of Azuma <\/em>and other completed requests. So make note that everything may not be available to you right away, but you\u2019ll earn it all eventually by playing through the main game and restoring Azuma.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The following requirements must be met to receive the requests for welcoming new animals to your village.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Complete the \u201cGuardian\u2019s Grove Lumber Hunt\u201d quest, and accept the request from the Ema Request Board. After completing \u201cA Strange Cow,\u201d a new Ema Request for \u201cRaising the Cow\u201d will appear.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Complete the \u201cRaising the Cow\u201d request, and complete the \u201cRestore the Summer Village #2\u201d story quest, and this will appear on your Ema Request Board. Once you complete \u201cA Strange Chicken,\u201d you will gain access to the \u201cRaising the Chicken\u201d request.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Complete the \u201cRaising the Chicken\u201d request, and complete the \u201cGathering Mikoshi Materials #1\u201d story quest, and this will appear on your Ema Request Board. Once you complete \u201cA Strange Sheep,\u201d you\u2019ll get a new request for \u201cRaising the Sheep.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Complete the \u201cRaising the Sheep\u201d request, along with completing the \u201cRestore the Winter Village #2\u201d story quest, and this will appear on your Ema Request Board. Once you complete \u201cA Strange Alpaca,\u201d you\u2019ll get a new request for \u201cRaising the Alpaca.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Once you\u2019ve gotten all the animals, and unlocked some of those unique, new recipes, you can set up buildings and decorations in your village to make them feel even more at home in these far away lands.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
