Even with the difficult situation of the last few years, the company and my colleagues gave me a lot of support \u2014 flexible working hours, understanding when there were problems with internet or electricity, and just being kind and human. This means a lot to me.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>How has the war affected your work life\/role\/time in the office?<\/strong><br \/>The war has changed a lot in our work and our lives in\u00a0general \u2014\u00a0power cuts, long air-raid alarms. But because of flexible working and support from my team, I was able to keep doing my job.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>It has been over 1,600 days since the full-scale invasion began \u2013 how has this period changed you?<\/strong><br \/>This time has taught me to value every day and remember important moments. I have become more able to handle stress, and I find strength in myself that I didn\u2019t know I had before. I am thankful now for simple things \u2014 light, warmth, and having my family close.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>How has the war impacted aspects of daily life that people may take for granted?<\/strong><br \/>Simple things \u2014 like calling your family, hearing their voice, knowing they are safe, or meeting with friends \u2014 are now the most valuable things in life.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Where do you find strength and inspiration in today\u2019s Ukraine?<\/strong><br \/>I find strength in people, in the resilience\u00a0and strength\u00a0of\u00a0Ukrainians,\u00a0in how we help each other. Despite all the difficulties, we keep making plans for the future.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What\u2019s the first thing you will do once the war is over?<\/strong><br \/>The first day will be a day of silence. Every morning, we have a minute of silence to remember the people who are no longer with us. I think for all Ukrainians, that day will be a time to reflect, to be grateful to our defenders, and to remember those who made it possible for us to see this day.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What would you like your colleagues to understand?<\/strong><br \/>Every Ukrainian is fighting an invisible battle right now \u2014 a battle with tiredness, anxiety, and uncertainty. But at the same time, we believe and hope for a better future.
