The <strong>&#8220;public&#8221;<\/strong> prefix locates that service in the <strong>governmental sphere<\/strong>. White<\/strong> are the supporters of this view.<\/p>\n<h3>The Managerial view<\/h3>\n<p>According to the managerial view of administration, the <strong>managerial activities of people who are involved in planning, organising, commanding, coordinating and controlling<\/strong> constitute Public Administration. This view regards administration as <strong>getting things done and not doing things<\/strong>. <strong>Luther Gulick, Herbert Simon, Smithburg and Thompson<\/strong> are the supporters of this view. Sharma<\/strong>, the difference between the two views is <strong>fundamental<\/strong>.
